I'm trying to install to vista home premium for localhost. I'm following the video tutorial and seem to have the permissions and the iss set up correctly. When I go to http://localhost/dnn_481_test/ I get the following message:

Server Error in '/dnn_481_test' Application.
An attempt to attach an autonamed database for file C:\dotNetNuke\DNN_481_Test\App_Data\Database.mdf failed. A database with the name exists, or specificed file cannot be opened, or it is located on UNC share.

Any suggestions?

Yes,
You do not seem to be using SQL Server. I would suggest installing SQL 2005 Express (free) and specifying this in your startup. Also, add Default.aspx into your documents section of your web instance. (application or virtual directory) This will make seeing the Installer easier.
