Dear All,

I have just installed the GoMap module and it looks extremely useful. I am facing a problem of a custom query. I have a table of general People information in a separate database. I want to have this info to be displayed in the map. Please suggest the steps to do it.

Thanx

Hi Mubashir,
I am having the same problem. Did you ever figure out how to query your own information?

Thanks
Rick

Yes Rick,
That is fairly simple. GoMap query needs the following fields to work ID, Zoom, Longitude, Latitude, IconIndex, Timer, Timerinfo, Description. Now say if you want to display your customer info, then u need to put all this stuff in one table with customers arranged wrt longitude and latitude values. Just query them and GoMap will do the rest for you.
