Did a little more digging and part of the problem is my inexperience with DNN and SQL Express. I opened Visual Studio and can connect to the database and find the module tables including the GoMap tables. However, in SQL Express Manager it only shows me the sys tables. How do you get the data tables to display in SQL Express? Additional question, has anyone had success importing data from an access file or cvs to SQL Express? I have not find a good resource that would explain it. Sorry if this is not the right place for this post. I appreciate the help none the less. Thanks!

Well, by trial and error I have made more progress today than in many previous hours. I have found how to display the data tables in sql express.

This article is a starting point...
http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/BlogsDotNetNuke/tabid/825/EntryID/1202/Default.aspx

But then I accidently found another way to do it.

1. Go into your app_data folder for you dnn install.
2. Make a copy of your database just in case.
3. Go to SQL Express Manager and select the database.
4. Right click and delete the database (it just deletes it from SQL Express).
5. Right click on Databases in SQL Express and select Attach.
6. Select Add.
7. Surf to the app_data folder and select the database for your install.
8. It will add the database with the full path.
9. Rename the database taking out the full path.
10. Voila! The data tables now show up in SQL Express!

I opened the site and it works like a champ so it didnt break anything in my case.

Hope that helps someone!

Now, gotta figure out how to get data into the tables...

Thanks!
