Christopher Chodnicki
Principal, Technical Director
Chris Chodnicki has 20 years of business and technology experience integrating systems for a wide variety of industries. Chris has successfully developed and managed technology projects for such blue chip organizations as Zurich Insurance, the National Security Agency, Unilever, the World Bank and Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab. Chris began his career with ADP, Inc. and was responsible for business accounting integration where he became the top account executive in the US in implementing small and medium-sized business financial systems. Chris has directed the Open Source strategy within R2i by driving the product and service areas.

Chris has actively participated with non-profit organizations including sitting on the board of The Ulman Cancer Fund, Big Brother and Sisters of America and Hands on Baltimore assisting with fund raising and advising on the use of technology. A graduate of Randolph-Macon College, he holds a B.S. in Computer Science. When not running the technology practice Chris spends time with his 3 kids and wife trying to keep up with all the sports, dance, drama, etc... activities!
Kevin Schreiner
Chief Software Architect
Kevin Schreiner has a broad range of technical experience from n-tier client server architecture and expansive distributed systems to graphically rich client/server applications and interactive web sites. Kevin started his career working for the State of Maryland, developing and supporting information systems for use by the education system, where he was awarded Employee of the Year. From the start of his career, Kevin has remained on the cutting edge of technology, continually stretching the horizons of tomorrow's business applications. Kevin's in-depth technical expertise includes n-tier e-commerce applications, client-server software, commercial product life cycle and high volume transaction systems. He also has a broad insight into many industries including real estate, retail, food services, insurance and telecommunications. Kevin is the lead architect on most of the products offered including goMap and NukeDK.ListX. Kevin holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Towson University and is Microsoft Certified. He has two young boys who like to join him while working around his house on his garden and other projects his wife patiently waits for him to complete.
Matt Goddard
Principal, Business Development
Matt Goddard is a highly respected sales and marketing specialist providing strategic consulting services. His skills in marketing, sales and operations have led to a number of successes for clients. In addition, he is often tapped by the local community to help develop statewide marketing strategies. Currently, Matt is working closely with a number of regional companies in preparing them for product launches and expansion opportunities. Prior to his current role, Matt Goddard was President and co-founder of Impreza Design. Matt sits on the board of the Greater Baltimore Technology Council as well as McDaniel College’s Corporate Advisory Board. Matt holds a B.A. from Towson University and an M.S. from Johns Hopkins University.
David Taub
Principal, Creative Director
As co-founder of Impreza Design in 1995, David oversaw all aspects of the creative process from concept through completion. His firm quickly grew to an award winning design agency with clients throughout the mid-Atlantic region. The firm grew to a 30 person agency before being acquired by Sinclair Broadcasting Group in 2000. David then served as a Practice Group leader for the newly formed entity G.1440 for 18 months, when he left to form Round2 Communications. David holds a degree in Graphic Design from the University of Maryland.
